This place is located conveniently close to the city center and downtown area, as well as the coastline and shopping centers – a perfect location for my next visit.

Excellent front of house and bar staff

Had to change room because of non functioning airconditioner. The location is a fair distance from the city centre.

We had a very pleasant stay for Portsmouth visit.

Booked a room with EXCEPTIONAL views of the sunrise. The breakfast was wonderful and marvelous, the check in was fast. Offered a shuttle to-and-from town.

The room looked really fancy, had everything we needed, and the bed was super cozy. Plus, you can easily walk to all the cool beach stuff and the downtown area from here! 🏖️

Wonderful and marvelous breakfast, modern king room. A wide range of supplies in the room: it's own balcony and a chair. Marvellous and comfortable location close enough to Kittery outlets, the Marshall's plaza which is up the road and the center of Portsmouth, outstanding food. Also, close enough to downtown.

Comfortable bed and great location. The shuttle to Downtown was a fantastic perk. We asked if they could drop us off at the nearby Marshall's plaza, but unfortunately, they only go in the opposite direction. Judy at the front desk was amazing, with a vibrant personality. The rooms were clean and the fitness center was well-maintained. We also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the nice pool. Although the bistro had some disappointing aspects, overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Easy access to highway

We checked in at 215 am and had 2 small children and the lawn crew was mowing at 8am outside out window

The location here is amazing, with nearby shopping centers offering everything from fuel to Kittery outlets and Bistro, a short walk away.

Great bed. Clean bathrooms, good exercise room. Tap beer in the bar. Great breakfast buffet, but had to pay. The employees were very helpful and kind.

Has an air conditioner the size of a small car in the room that came on and off during the night waking us both up. Had to turn it off and get another blanket.

I liked the location. The room was very clean.

The staff was rude. One woman at the front desk in Saturday night was awful. She blamed us for not waiting outside the restaurant when we wet never told to. When confronted she was defensive and was complaining that she was too busy to let us know how the shuttle was supposed to find us. She was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic.

The location here is awesome! It's just a short walk to the beach and cool spots to visit. Plus, there are shopping centers nearby where you can grab essentials like fuel. 🚗

Convenient location off the highway and close to downtown. The hotel was in good condition and the room was comfortable.

Check-in was a mess, with a noisy crowd and a communication mishap. The hotel shuttle service was unreliable, leaving us waiting for a long time.

Food in Bistro was just average. Would stay there again but would eat elsewhere.

This place offers incredibly beautiful accommodation with a magnificent setting near shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and the Kittery outlets.
